This listing is for private access to a spectacular mid-century modern style 3500 sq. ft. home conveniently located 5 miles outside of downtown Austin. If you are looking for a space that inspires creativity, through interior design or a bold view of nature, this is the perfect location. Built in 2013, the space is open, bright and airy. The common area is lined with windows highlighting the amazing tree-lined hill country view. Outside the windows boasts a 112’ deck with several venues to sit and relax, or hang out in between meetings. In addition to the common space, there are 3 private rooms. One is large enough to accommodate breakout meetings. The other two are perfect for a private call or conversation.
