The downstairs area, which is available for meetings and retreats, includes a separate office space with 2 desks and monitors, perfect for private meetings. The open-concept layout includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as an additional “flex” room with a sofa, TV, and en suite pool bathroom (this can be used as the Mother’s Room). The only area off limits is the upstairs, garage, and some locked closets/cabinets.

This location offers a 48 hour cancellation policy.

House Rules

*Any violation of these rules will result in added fees*

– No parties.
– No pets or children (Mother’s Room available for infants).
– 6 hour minimum booking.
– The entire downstairs and backyard are available for use. The entire upstairs, garage, and a couple of locked closets/cupboards are off limits.
– No smoking/vaping – this applies to both indoor AND outdoor.
– No glass by the pool or hot tub – broken glass is VERY expensive and requires draining the entire pool.
– Do not rearrange furniture – please request if needed and we will move it in advance for you.
– Booking must reflect setup/teardown times or this will result in a 1.5x fee every 15 min.
